Conditions: You are assigned to the Division G1. The commander tasks you to review the monthly Unit Status Reports (USR) submitted by all subordinate brigade and prepare an assessment of the personnel and medical readiness of the division. You have access to AR 220-1 (Army Unit Status Reporting and Force Registration-Consolidated Policies), DA PAM 220-1 (Defense Readiness Reporting System-Army Procedures), AR 600-8-6 (
Personnel Accounting and Strength Reporting), personnel authorization documents, unit personnel status information, strength data, Medical Protection
System (MEDPROS) reports, and human resources (HR) enabling systems. This task should not be trained in MOPP 4.
Standards: Receive personnel USR data from 100% of subordinate brigades. Analyze the USR data and assess the current and projected personnel and medical readiness for each brigade. Prepare your assessment and provide the commander with a comprehensive brief / report on the personnel readiness of the division.
