General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)

Purpose: This course trains both military and civilian command-designated General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) users. These personnel serve in organizations responsible for utilizing GFEBS to conduct cost management functions. GFEBS training provides a core financial enterprise resource planning solution that is used to manage the Army’s general fund, dramatically improve financial performance, standardize business processes and ensure the Army can meet future needs for combat operations and day-to-day financial management activities.

Phase Scope: This course will provide GFEBS in-depth instruction related to cost management – capturing data, enabling system administration, performing cost assignment, cost accumulation, revenue accumulation and cost monitoring, generating reports, and maintaining core financial system requirements.
