Action: Manage Theater Personnel Information Management (PIM)

Conditions: Given classroom discussion and FM 1-0, HR Support

Standard: Score 70% or higher on a knowledge based performance test that includes the following learning activities:

  1. Communicate PIM doctrine
  2. Define PIM relationship to other HR Core Competencies and HR Key Functions
  3. Correlate SRC 12 organizational PIM responsibilities
  4. Identify primary Theater Enabling Systems used or monitored by SRC 12 units
