ATTENTION: ATCTS will sunset on May 1, 2025 and will be replaced with Account Validation System (AVS). AVS will replace the PDF versions of the DD Form 2875 (SAAR) and DA Form 7789 (PAA). All Army personnel requiring new or renewed access to the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN), will need to start their request through AESMP (https://www.aesmp.army.mil/csm) which will guide the requestor through to AVS.
