Billing and Debit Memos

GFEBS Accounts Receivables

Resource Related Billing accumulates the expenses incurred in each period that can be invoiced.

 

Billing for Reimbursable Orders can be done either by single or collective billing. Collective billing uses selection criteria to group together invoices for billing.

 

Billing is a 2 step process ran on the last day of the month by DFAS.

 

Step 1 – Run Resource Related Billing in GFEBS

•T-Code DP96 – Automated process

•T-Code DP91 – Manual process can be ran anytime if an individual bill needs to be processed.
