GFEBS Overview

GFEBS Essentials

The primary benefit of GFEBS is that it integrates functions and departments so they access information from a common database.

Transaction screens inherit data from predecessor documents, existing documents, and master data for controlling fixed data.   Master data includes data such as vendor information, LOA elements, and general ledger accounts.  GFEBS also allows transaction documents to simultaneously generate other documents in different modules.

GFEBS provides a relational database with fiscal integrity, internal controls, and improved cycle times.  GFEBS also allows drill-back capability from a transaction screen to its originating source.  In addition, GFEBS has standard and complex reporting capabilities offering seamless integration with Microsoft Office products.
