Project Structure Controller

 

Responsible for creating the basic structure which includes the Project Definition and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) element. This is a MACOM and Installation level role.

Project Financial Controller

 

Responsible for estimating and planning the cost of project structures and resolving financial activities when closing the project. This is a MACOM and Installation level role.

Project Schedule Controller

 

Responsible for establishing the initial project timeline and schedule within the project structure. This is a MACOM and Installation level role.

Project Report Reviewer

 

Responsible for running and reviewing all applicable Project Systems reports. This is an HQDA, MACOM and Installation level role.

Project Funds Approver

 

Responsible for approving and certifying funding to be executed against the user status. This is a MACOM and Installation level role. This is a MACOM and Installation level role.

Project Approver

 

Responsible for approving and releasing the project for execution via the user status. This is a MACOM and Installation level role.

Project Maintainer

 

Responsible for maintaining the project, monitoring materials availability and creating PRs when materials are needed. This is a MACOM and Installation level role.
