Funded Programs are used to control the execution of funds. Funded Programs can be created manually at any time or automatically during the population of funding data in a WBS element.
Funds are distributed at the generic Funded Program “ARMY.” Subsequent transfers to specific funded programs may be completed to further control the availability of funds. The use of a specific Funded Program as part of the FM budget address is most commonly associated with WBS elements and internal orders.
