Commitment Items define the initial use of the executed funds. When budget authority is distributed at the Commitment Item, funds are distributed at the generic Commitment Item of "ALLOBJ." However, lower level Commitment Items must be used for funds execution.
Note: "ALLOBJ-G" is used to distribute funds for execution in Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army).
