Reports on Budget Plans (2 of 2)
Reports on Budget Plans include three reports. These three reports display the President’s Budget (PB), Program Budget Guidance (PBG), Program Objective Memorandum Budget Estimate Submission (POM BES), AFP for Funds Center and Cost Center and informal allotment by SAG / MDEP. The three reports are:
- Funds Center Report
- Cost Center Report
- Informal Distributions by SAG / MDEP
In BI, planning can be done at each level through the Funds Center levels down to the cost object levels for planning targets:
- PBG must be distributed from Level 1 (Army) to the lowest level of formal funds distribution (i.e., Level 3 or 4), AFP can be further distributed to the lowest informal levels of funds distribution
- Distributions of Allotment can also be made by SAG / MDEP
