AFP During Year of Execution (2 of 2)
The basis for AFP is the President’s Budget (PB) and PBG:
- PB and PBG are uploaded into BI from the PPB BOS
- Initial AFP is created in BI and retracted to ECC
Updates to the AFP during execution year are completed in ECC to Levels 3 or 4:
- These changes are extracted from ECC to BI
- After extraction to BI, AFP distributions can be made to all informal budget target levels
- AFP distributions to all levels can be seen in the Plan versus Actual report and all SOF variants
