This concludes the Project Systems (PS) course. In this course, we introduced you to Project Systems and provided an overview of Project Structure, Planning, Funding, Execution, Reporting, Settlement, and Closing. You also had the opportunity to hone your skills by walking through several simulations and completing some practice exercises to check your knowledge.
In the Introduction to Project Systems, you learned about PS concepts, terminology, and processes. You saw how PS fits within the GFEBS end-to-end process.
