Master Fitness Trainer Course

PRT Philosophy

The purpose of this training is to teach the Physical Readiness Training Philosophy and to strengthen the emphasis on implementing physical readiness training doctrine Army-wide.

 

Trainers will train units on the doctrine to improve Soldier performance and reduce injuries. Unit training will focus on developing Soldier physical readiness required to perform Warrior Tasks and Battle Drills.
