Action: Identify the Flow and Receipt of Funds. 

Conditions: FM Leaders in a classroom environment working individually and as a member of a small group, using doctrinal and administrative publications, self-study exercises, personal experiences, practical exercises, handouts, and discussion.

Standards: With at least 80% accuracy learners must show proficiency with:

  • Determine the level of the funding process.
  • Determine the type of funding authority received on the GFEBS Status of Funds Report.
  • Interpret the parts of the GFEBS Status of Funds Report.
