Conditions: You are assigned to a Brigade S-1 or higher echelon as a staff officer. The commander tasks you to assess the units Soldier Readiness using the Personnel Readiness Summary (PRS) Metrics to evaluate the organization’s ability to accomplish its operational mission.. You have access to unit personnel readiness information, strength data, unit deployment/redeployment information, HR enabling systems, and references listed in the enclosed table. Standards: Develop an accurate Personnel Readiness Summary Metrics briefing for your commander that identifies HR planning considerations for personnel readiness, personnel accountability, and HR asset force management. Present Personnel Readiness Summary to your commander for approval and/or additional guidance.
