Action: Interpret the Soldier Record Brief (SRB) and Officer Record Brief (ORB)

Conditions: In a classroom environment given a requirement to interpret an SRB/ORB and access to an SRB/ORB printout, AR 11-6, AR 600-8-104, DA PAM 611-21, eMILPO Field User’s Guide, Student Handouts, the eMILPO Training Database, TOPMIS II Training database and awareness of Operational Environment (OE) variables and actors.

Standard:  Students will meet the standard when they  achieve 80% accuracy on the following learning step activities (LSAs).

1.  Interpret the Soldier Record Brief (SRB).
2.  Interpret the Officer Record Brief (ORB).
