Action: Prepare Request for Personnel Actions
Conditions: In a classroom environment, given a computer with internet access, AR 600-8-6 (Personnel Accounting and Strength Reporting), DA Pam 600-8 (Management and Administrative Procedures), AR 614-200 (Enlisted Assignments and Utilization Management), blank DA Form 4187 (Request for Personnel Action), student handouts, and awareness of Operational Environment (OE) variables and actors.
Standard: Explain the six sections of the DA Form 4187 and what each section is used for. Input personnel transactions in the eMILPO training database to update the Soldier’s record and verify the information is correct.
