Conditions: In a classroom environment, given a completed DD Form 93 (Record of Emergency Data) and SGLV-8286 (Servicemembers’ Group Life Insurance), AR 638-8 (Army Casualty Program), eMILPO User’s Manual, access to the eMILPO training database, verified source documents, student handouts, and awareness of Operational Environment (OE) variables and actors.
Standard: Student will meet the standard when they achieve 80% accuracy:
- Maintain Record of Emergency Data (DD Form 93).
- Maintain Servicemembers’ Group Life Insurance (SGLI) Online Enrollment System without error.
