ACTION: Facilitate a Soldier Experience
CONDITION: In a classroom environment, given access to ADP 6-22, AR 670-1, AR 600-25, Soldier testimonials, scenarios, internet access, situational information, and awareness of the Operation Environment (OE) variables and actors.
STANDARDS:
- Summarize no less than three Army leadership attributes through role-play and group activities to enhance HR skills in communication, conflict resolution, and customer service with clarity.
- Facilitate at least three S1 practices to effectively convey HR information to staff personnel and supervisors without error.
