Condition: In a classroom environment with access to AR 600-8-104, Army Military Human Resource Records Management, FM 1-0, Human Resources Support, ADP 4-0, Sustainment, IPPS-A User Manual, IPPS-A system of record and an awareness of Operational Environment (OE) variables and actors.

Standard: The standard is met when the student can correctly without errors:

1. Apply Principles of Human Resources Support.
2. Apply PIM Goals, Roles, and Responsibilities.
3. Employ HR Enabling Systems used to conduct PIM.
4. Manage IPPS-A Workflow Routing.
