Action: Implement Joint Human Resources (HR) Operations

Conditions: Human Resources Officers in a classroom environment working individually and as a member of a small group, using administrative publications, handouts, HR Information Systems, experience, discussions, and with an awareness of the operational environment (OE) variables and actors.

Standard: Students will meet the standard when they complete the following:

1. Interpret the Principles of Personnel Support, Organization and Functions of Joint HR Operations in a clear and concise manner.

2. Identify responsibilities of the Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Joint Staff, and Unified Combatant Commands, without error.

3. Interpret Joint Personnel Planning in a clear and concise manner.
