805C-CCA2A216 – Conduct a Facilitated Group Discussion on Leadership

OVERVIEW  Facilitated Group Discussion (FGD) is participant-centered, interactive form of education where learners share their knowledge, problems, and experiences with other group members while discussing specific topics.  The facilitator’s role is to provide structure and guide the group.  The facilitator, rather than lecturing, encourages participants to discuss the chosen topic with each other and answer each other’s questions when possible.
