ACTION: Conduct Senior Leader Discussion
CONDITION: Senior HR Leaders in a classroom environment working individually and as a member of a small group, using administrative publications, personal experience, handouts, discussion, and an awareness of the Operational Environment (OE) variables and actors.
STANDARD: Students will be assessed, scoring 80% or higher on the final exam that includes the following learning activities:
1.Identify the Character and development of the HR Professional
2.Discuss Senior leaders role and expatiations in the Brigade S1
