Conditions: You are recently assigned to an S-1 section and your unit is preparing to deploy. The commander has assigned you responsibility for coordinating the responsibilities for the DCS program. You have access to AR 600-8-101, DA PAM 600-8-101, the contingency plan for your deployment, FM 1-0, and DA Form 7631. This task should not be trained in MOPP 4.
Standards: Coordinate the DCS principles and considerations into your unit’s planning and operations to ensure all S-1 responsibilities are performed and unit and Soldier readiness is achieved and maintained.
