Action: Evaluate U.S. Army Reserve Enterprise Human Resources (HR)
Condition: Senior Human Resources Warrant Officers in a classroom environment working individually and as a member of a small group, using doctrinal and administrative publications, handouts, personal experience, discussions, and with an awareness of the operational environment (OE) variables and actors.
Standard:
- Assess the USAR Posture Statement to provide efficient and effective strategic-level HR services to the USAR. Identify all four main categories and relate each to required HR services
- Analyze the Sanctuary Law Process to ensure proper processing of USAR Soldiers applications. Identify Sanctuary Law limitations and waivers
- Prepare for Senior Warrant Officer Brief by generating three questions in reference to Human Resources Enterprise Organizations
