Action:  Administer the Battalion Absence Program

Conditions:  In a classroom environment with access to AR 600-8-10 (Leaves and Passes), DODFMR 7000.14-R (Military Pay Policy and Procedures Active duty and Reserve Pay), IPPS-A Functional Guide, Student Reading Material, and an awareness of the Operational Environment (OE) variables and actors.

Standard:  The standard is met when the student can correctly:

1. Identify the Goals and Objectives of the Absence Program
2. Identify Chargeable and Non-Chargeable Absence
3. Facilitate the Processing of Absences
4. Administer Corrective Measures for Chargeable Absence
5. Process an Absence in IPPS-A
