1. Situation. TRADOC submits an annual fiscal year (FY) report on TED workload accomplishments, training developer strength adjustments, and future FY TED workload requirements for POM consideration through the Training Development Management Decision Package (MDEP) TADV manager to the Training Program Evaluation Group (TT PEG) at Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA). The reported metrics provide the primary data for the TT PEG MDEP assessment for POM resourcing. This TASKORD applies to TRADOC centers, schools, and activities that contain MDEP TADV command unique code (CMU) B00 (training developer), B10 (training supervisor) or B20 (training support) authorizations or who are task-organized under a Center of Excellence (CoE) with MDEP TADV CMU B00, B10 and B20 authorizations.
2. Mission. TRADOC reports FY18 TED workload accomplishments and capacity adjustments, and FY21 TED workload requirements to HQDA, using the Learning Enterprise Workload Management Process NLT 15 JAN 19 in order to fulfill MDEP TADV FY21-25 TED POM reporting requirements.
NLT 7 September: FY18 Capacity Mr Morales will consolidate inputs and present it to TDD Director on 12 Sep for approval.
NLT 1 November: Verified FY18 TED workload accomplishments; verified FY19-FY21 TED workload requirements; risk-assessed FY19-21 TED workload requirements; and critical shortfall justification memorandums, if any.
