Conditions: You are an HR NCO and your unit is preparing to deploy. The commander assigns you responsibility for conducting the DCS program. You have access to the current Army G-1 DCS Directive, AR 600-8-101, DA PAM 600-8-101 (Personnel Processing (In-, Out-, Soldier Readiness, and Deployment Cycle Support)), FM 1-0 (HR Support), DA Form 7631 (DCS Checklist), and the contingency plan for your deployment. Some iterations of this task should be performed in MOPP 4.
Standards: With a minimum of 70% accuracy, identify S-1 responsibilities during each phase of the DCS process, integrate S-1 planning considerations into unit operations, and perform DCS tasks during each phase.
