Condition: Senior Human Resources Warrant Officers in a classroom environment working individually and as a member of a small group, using doctrinal and administrative publications, handouts, personal experience, discussions, and with an awareness of the operational environment (OE) variables and actors.
Standard: At the completion of this lesson, the will execute the following with 80% accuracy:
- Assess the importance of Title 10 and Title 32 in General Officer Management. Identify the four codes that governs General Officer distribution without error
- Analyze the General Officer Management Office duties and responsibilities in managing the Army’s general officer population. Identify their five core tasks in providing HR support to general officers
- Review the general officer promotion process by identifying pre-board and post-board preparation actions and the two codes that governs General Officer promotion without error
- Prepare for Senior Warrant Officer Brief by generating three clear and concise questions in reference to General Officer Management
