Conditions: You are a leader and have the responsibility of creating and managing the unit sponsorship program. You have access to AR 600-8-8 and DA Form 5434, pen and/or computer with authorized software. This task should not be trained in MOPP 4.
Standards: Submit and respond to DA Form 5434 (request for sponsorship). Verify accuracy of soldiers personnel data and accurately ensure soldier and family members are placed with sponsor.
