Standard: Perform the following HR Systems Functions with 80% accuracy:
- Perform personnel services and strength-related eMILPO transactions.
- Create an Ad Hoc Query.
- Employ DTAS.
- Create a Manifest using TPS.
- Employ DCIPS.
