ACTION: Prepare a Strength Accounting Report
CONDITIONS: In a classroom environment, given requirement to prepare personnel reports for your commander to assess unit readiness, with access to Personnel Requirements Reports (PRR), and Personnel Status Report (PERSTAT), ATP 1-0.1, FM 1- 0, FM 4-0, FM 6-99, IPPS-A User Manual v6.1, Student Handout, access to the IPPS-A training database, practical exercise, situational information and awareness of Operational Environment variables and actors.
STANDARD: Prepare a Strength Accounting Report by accurately and completely doing the following:
1. Review a Personnel Status Report (PERSTAT)
2. Prepare Personnel Requirements Report (PRR)
3. Retrieve Personnel Status Report (PERSTAT)
