Conditions: You are assigned as an HR Specialist and are appointed Meal Card Controller (MCC) for your unit. ́ You have identified a Soldier who is authorized to receive a meal card and a Soldier who has to turn-in a meal card. ́ You have access to AR 600-38 (The Meal Card Management System), Meal Card (DD Form 714), Meal Card Control Register (DA Form 4809-R), Meal Card Control Sheet, and standard office supplies. This task should not be trained in MOPP 4.
Standards: Without error, prepare DA Form 4809-R for initial issue and replacement of mutilated/lost/stolen Meal Cards; implement proper security measures, maintain 100% accountability, and ensure all entries are correct for Active and Inactive Meal Card Control Binders.
