Conditions: As a Budget Officer/Brigade S8, you have just received receipt of funding authority. You have access to the Financial Management Tactical Platform, DoD Financial Management Regulation 7000.14-R, Volume 14, Administrative Control of Funds and Antideficiency Act Violations, DFAS-IN Regulation 37-1, Finance and Accounting Policy Implementation, and FM 1-06, Financial Management Operations. This task should not be trained in MOPP 4.
Standards: Administer control of funds procedures based on Commander’s guidance by completing the following without error:
1. Control of funds during the authorization stage.
2. Control of funds during the commitment and obligation stage.
3. Monitor and review of funds expenditure.
